Pollster

From first question to final chart.

Build Any Survey, Collect Every Response, Understand the Results

Instead of building surveys in tools that limit question types, make analysis difficult, or charge per response, teams get a purpose-built survey platform that covers the full cycle — from designing the right questions to distributing them, collecting responses, and generating clear, shareable summary reports.

The outcome

See what better looks like.

A single survey management system that helps your business:

Create structured surveys using multiple question types — rating scales, multiple choice, text, ranking, and yes/no
Distribute surveys to defined user groups via email, link, or QR code
Collect responses with timestamps and respondent tracking where required
Monitor response rates and send automated reminders to non-respondents
Analyse results with charts and response breakdowns for each question
Apply filters to segment results by respondent group, date range, or answer
Generate formatted summary reports with charts ready for presentations and leadership reviews
Archive completed surveys and responses for future reference and longitudinal analysis
What changes

The difference it makes to your business.

From one-size-fits-all question formats → to flexible, purpose-matched question types

Survey builders can choose the right question type for each data point — selecting Likert scales for attitude measurement, multiple choice for preference capture, or free text for qualitative insight — rather than forcing all questions into the same format.

From low response rates from unanticipated surveys → to planned distribution with reminders

Surveys are distributed to defined lists and response progress is tracked in real time. Automated reminders are sent to non-respondents at configured intervals — improving completion rates without manual chasing.

From raw data exports that require separate analysis → to built-in results analysis

Results are analysed within the platform — with response counts, percentages, average ratings, and question-level charts generated automatically as responses are collected.

From static data tables → to visual, shareable summary reports

Summary reports are generated with charts, response volumes, and key findings — ready for download and distribution without requiring additional formatting or design work.

From surveys that expire with no searchable history → to an archive of all past surveys and results

Completed surveys and their responses are stored in the platform archive — making it possible to compare results across periods, track longitudinal changes, and reference past findings without starting again from scratch.

What you can do

What becomes possible for your teams.

Create surveys with a title, description, and defined start and end dates
Add questions using multiple types — single choice, multiple choice, rating scale, Likert scale, ranking, short text, long text, and yes/no
Set questions as required or optional and apply conditional logic to show follow-up questions based on previous answers
Preview the survey before publishing to confirm layout and question flow
Distribute surveys via email link, unique URL, QR code, or embedded web widget
Define the target respondent list and track individual response status
Send automated reminders to respondents who have not yet completed the survey
Close a survey manually or set an automatic end date and response limit
View real-time response counts and completion rates as responses are collected
Analyse results at the question level with charts and percentage breakdowns
Filter results by respondent group, date range, demographic field, or specific answer
Generate a formatted summary report with charts for download or sharing
What you get

Everything that brings the outcome to life.

Survey Builder

A step-by-step interface for creating surveys with any combination of supported question types — with options for required fields, conditional logic, and response limits.

Survey Overview Dashboard

A view of all active, scheduled, and completed surveys — showing response volumes, completion rates, and time remaining for each open survey.

Real-Time Response Tracker

A live count of responses received, in progress, and pending — updated as respondents submit — with a per-respondent status view for defined distribution lists.

Question-Level Results View

A detailed analysis of each question showing response counts, percentage distributions, average ratings, and a chart appropriate to the question type.

Results Filter and Segmentation

A tool for filtering survey results by respondent group, date range, or specific answer — enabling segment-level analysis beyond the aggregate results.

Automated Reminder Notifications

Scheduled reminder messages sent to respondents who have not completed the survey — configurable in frequency, message content, and timing.

Summary Report

A formatted document covering the survey title, response volume, completion rate, and question-by-question results with charts — downloadable in PDF or Excel for sharing and presentations.

Survey Archive

A searchable record of all completed surveys and their results — available for longitudinal comparison, historical reference, and research continuity.

How it works

A clear path from need to outcome.

01

Create the Survey

The survey builder selects the question types, writes the questions, sets required fields, applies any conditional logic, and configures the start date, end date, and response limit.

02

Preview and Publish

The survey is previewed to confirm the question flow and layout before being published. Once live, it is accessible via the configured distribution method.

03

Distribute to Respondents

The survey link, QR code, or email invitation is sent to the target respondent list. Named respondents are tracked individually. Anonymous surveys accept responses from anyone with the link.

04

Collect and Monitor Responses

Responses are collected in real time. The admin monitors completion rates and sends reminders to non-respondents at configured intervals.

05

Close the Survey

The survey closes automatically at the end date or response limit, or is closed manually by the admin. No further responses are accepted after closure.

06

Analyse the Results

Question-level results are displayed with charts and percentage breakdowns. Filters can be applied to compare results across respondent segments or time ranges.

07

Generate and Share the Report

A summary report is generated with charts and key findings and downloaded in PDF or Excel format for distribution to stakeholders and leadership.

08

Archive and Reference Past Results

The completed survey and its results are stored in the archive — available for future reference, longitudinal comparison, and incorporation into research or reporting projects.

Built-in controls

Confidence in every workflow.

The solution maintains survey quality, response integrity, and data reliability.

Single Response Enforcement

Where surveys are attributed rather than anonymous, each respondent can only submit one response. Attempts to submit multiple responses from the same account are blocked.

Required Question Completion

Surveys cannot be submitted with required questions left unanswered. The respondent is prompted to complete any missing required fields before the submission is accepted.

Survey Publication Validation

Surveys cannot be published without at least one question, a title, and a defined end date or response limit — preventing incomplete or misconfigured surveys from reaching respondents.

Response Window Enforcement

Responses cannot be submitted after the survey's end date or response limit has been reached. Late submissions receive a clear notification that the survey is closed.

Anonymous Response Protection

Where a survey is configured as anonymous, no respondent identity data is stored or visible in the results. The system enforces this setting and prevents any attempt to identify individual responses.

Conditional Logic Validation

Before a survey is published, the system validates that all conditional logic rules reference existing questions and answers — preventing broken logic from disrupting the respondent experience.

Data Export Access Control

Raw response data and named respondent records can only be exported by authorised users — protecting individual response privacy and maintaining data governance.
